where reservations are the bigger issue over development !!
where judiciary has really taken a thorough drubbing and politics ...is te real god
where even president cannot keep.the cats in his bags...or can say presidential mail int also a secret..
where ..every .public work is procastinated rather than being done..in public welfare
where there is more than 100 crore of junta but still only sporadic advancements takes place .
list can go up to infinity ...
the question is why to question brain drain undr such situations???
may be maah lines cary lota panache but still ..they are and really are ..hard known facts
and still no one caring to put up efforts agains it !

Hey Mr. undecided kya bharat se bahar land hue the?? being an indian you should be proud of your country and if you know that there is something which can be improved then start improving it dude instead of cribbing about it..
moreover India main reh kar hi is layak bane ho ki bahar jake apne ap ko prove kar sako samze, or yaar ek baat batao wat do u think who has more brains (Indians? ya koi or) :P ???
